Serve team roles:

  • Four volunteers will plate and serve food cafeteria-style to shelter participants.
  • All volunteers will assist with kitchen clean-up.
  • Will help the kitchen staff wrap snacks and silverware for the next day's use. 

Role requirements:

  • The kitchen staff will complete on-site training.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Please read the FIT kitchen safety overview packet before starting.
  • Tie back your long hair and wear closed-toed shoes.
  • You must be kind and friendly.
